Anyone under the age of 18 may be tested. This will require signed parental consent from the parent/ guardian.

Most test orders are valid for at least six months (unless it has been specified otherwise). If your lab testing order is more than six months old, please contact info@Omniwell.org.

Yes. You can schedule as many as needed, one at a time.

You may schedule a visit up to 90 days in advance.  By going through the appointment, when the day arrives for your visit, all your paperwork is done. When you arrive, you will just let us know you have arrived and you are ready to be seen verification may be requested.

Depending on the location, your information majority is in the system already for verification.

We request that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. However, if you are early and we have earlier times available, we can see you sooner.  If you arrive later than your appointment time, you will have the flexibility to choose the next available service time.

The hours of operation for each patient service center are listed on the details page for each location. Please note: Some services, such as drug testing, are only available during certain hours. Please check the location details page prior to scheduling your appointment or visiting locations.
